Beginners Knitting Workshop - Thursday 19th & 26th September - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

I’m super excited that you are interested in learning to knit!

The Beginners Knitting Workshop is perfect for people with absolutely no prior experience, or those who haven’t knitted for a long time or who have lost their confidence and want a fun and relaxed place to learn. During the workshop we learn all the basics of cast-on, knit, purl cast-off and creating buttonholes whilst making a cowl.

You don't need to bring anything with you except some enthusiasm to learn. The following materials are included in the price of the workshop.

● Workshop videos and cowl pattern
● Your own set of quality Lykke driftwood circular knitting needles and a ball of spectacular Manos del Uruguay hand-dyed extra-fine merino Maxima yarn, both worth £30 if purchased separately
● Darning needles, scissors and tape measure for use in class.

Important information

The workshop takes place upstairs in the store which is accessed via a spiral staircase.

We need a minimum of 2 bookings for this course to go ahead. If we do not meet the minimum you will be offered a new date or a refund.

Due to the small number of spaces available, a refund can only be given if we can fill your spot before the start of the class. Therefore please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend to give us the best chance of finding someone.
