Introduction to Crochet Workshop, Richmond - Sunday 10th November 2pm - 5pm
Yay! You want to learn to crochet? I'm so super excited to hear that. You are absolutely in the right place.
This workshop is the perfect introduction for people with absolutely no prior experience and allows you to dip your toe in whilst surrounded with support and enthusiasm. In this workshop you will learn the basics of making a chain, the UK double crochet and finishing techniques whilst making a fingerless pair or gloves. Chloe is our resident crochet guru, she is a prolific crocheter who writes her own patterns. She is delightful, filled to the brim with crochet enthusiasm and knowledge and also had endless patience. Perfect yes?
You don't need to bring anything with you and the following materials are provided.
● Pattern for fingerless gloves.
● A quality 5mm ergonomic crochet hook and a spectacular ball of Manos del Uruguay hand-dyed extra-fine merino Maxima yarn for making your fingerless gloves. These are worth £30 if purchased seperately.
● Darning needles, scissors and tape measures for use in class
Important information
The workshop takes place upstairs in the store which is accessed via a spiral staircase.
We need a minimum of 2 bookings for this class to go ahead, If we do not get enough bookings you will be offered a new date or a refund.
Due to the small number of spaces available please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer make the workshop as a refund can only be given if we find someone to fill your space.
