Learn to crochet a Granny Square - Sunday 9th & 16th February 2025, 2pm to 4pm

You want to learn to crochet granny squares? We LOVE granny squares and we can't wait to share them with you.

This workshop is perfect for people who have completed our beginners crochet gloves workshop and want to learn some new techniques or for those who have not crocheted for a long time or lost their confidence and want a fun and relaxed space to remind themselves of the basics. Chloe is our resident crochet guru, she is a prolific crocheter who writes her own patterns. She is delightful, filled to the brim with crochet enthusiasm and knowledge and also had endless patience. Perfect yes?

During the 2 session course you will learn the basics of crocheting the classic granny square and the more modern sunburst granny square. The details of finishing, blocking and sewing together will also be explained.

You don't need to bring anything with you, all materials are provided.

The following is included in the price of your workshop.

● 21 page Beginners Crochet Course booklet including patterns for the two styles of Granny squares.
● You own high quality Etimo crochet hook and 3 balls of Lamana Como extrafine merino.
● Darning needles, scissors and tape measures for use in class

The workshop takes place upstairs in the store which is accessed via a spiral staircase.

We need a minimum of 2 bookings for this class to go ahead, If we do not reach this minimum 4 days before the workshop you will be offered a new date or a refund.

Due to the small number of spaces please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer make the workshop as a refund can only be given if we are able to fill your space.
