Click & Collect
Orders for Click & Collect can be collected from the Knit With Me shop in Richmond 24 hours after placing your order, during our opening hours:
- Wednesday to Friday: 11:30 am – 4pm
- Saturday: 11:30 am – 5pm
UK Delivery (Including Northern Ireland)
Knit With Me offers fast home delivery across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically delivers within 1–2 working days.
Northern Ireland orders are UK orders. UK VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Packages do not require a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left if you're not home (for example, with a neighbour or in a secure spot on your property).

How IOSS Works
IOSS lets us charge your local VAT at checkout, so your parcel clears customs quickly and arrives without a bill attached.
Orders Under €150 (approx. £130)
VAT is collected at checkout at your local country rate, so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives. Your order will also be fast-tracked through customs, meaning faster delivery.
All parcels are sent with our IOSS number clearly displayed, so VAT is not charged a second time, and no import duty applies at this value. Your local postal service will not charge you additional VAT or duty, though a small handling fee is occasionally applied.
Orders Over €150
Orders over €150 fall outside the IOSS scheme, which means we are not able to collect your VAT at checkout for you. Your postal service will collect import VAT, any customs duty, and their own handling fee before they deliver. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay and we cannot pay them on your behalf. We'd recommend checking your local import VAT and duty rates before ordering if you're unsure.

Rest of World
For countries not covered by our IOSS registration, we do not charge taxes at checkout. Orders are likely to be subject to import duty and VAT on arrival in your country, plus a handling fee charged by your own postal service. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. We'd recommend checking your local import duty rates before ordering if you're unsure.

Isle of Man
Isle of Man orders are sent as UK domestic post. UK VAT is included at checkout and there are no customs charges on arrival.

United States
All US orders ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This is a completely separate system to the IOSS scheme that applies to EU orders.
Customs duties are calculated and shown at checkout, so you'll see the full cost upfront with no surprises on delivery. Shipping is available to all US states.
Our Delivered Duties Paid service covers orders up to $2,500 in goods value. If your order is larger than that, please get in touch before ordering and we will arrange it with you.

International Returns and Import Charges
If you return an international order to us, we will refund the price of the goods in line with our returns policy. We are not able to refund import VAT, duty or handling fees you have paid to your own postal service or customs authority, because that money goes to them rather than to us. Most countries allow you to reclaim it directly, and your customs authority can tell you how.
Please don't refuse delivery of a parcel in order to send it back. Refused parcels are sometimes destroyed rather than returned, and any charges raised on the way back are deducted from your refund. Get in touch first and we'll tell you the best way to return it.
