Click & Collect
Orders for Click & Collect can be collected from the Knit With Me shop in Richmond 24 hours after placing your order, during our opening hours:
- Wednesday to Friday: 11:30 am – 4pm
- Saturday: 11:30 am – 5pm
UK Delivery (Including Northern Ireland)
Knit With Me offers fast home delivery across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically delivers within 1–2 working days.

Packages do not require a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left if you're not home (for example, with a neighbour or in a secure spot on your property).

Knit With Me is IOSS registered for the following countries:

How IOSS Works
IOSS registration means VAT and customs are handled simply and transparently for customers in the countries listed above.
Orders Under €150 (approx. £130)
VAT is collected at checkout at your local country rate, so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives. Your order will also be fast-tracked through customs, meaning faster delivery.
All parcels are sent with our IOSS/VAT details clearly displayed and labelled as duty exempt.
Please note: Your local post office may charge a small handling or processing fee, but you should not be charged any additional VAT or import duty.
Orders Over €150
Orders over €150 fall outside the IOSS scheme. We do not charge taxes at checkout for these orders, but they may be subject to import duties and VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. We'd recommend checking your local import duty rates before ordering if you're unsure.

Rest of World
For countries not covered by our IOSS registration, we do not charge taxes at checkout. Orders are likely to be subject to import duty and VAT on arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. We'd recommend checking your local import duty rates before ordering if you're unsure.

United States
All US orders ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) — this is a completely separate system to the IOSS scheme that applies to EU orders.
Customs duties (usually around 10%) are calculated and shown at checkout, so you'll see the full cost upfront with no surprises on delivery. Shipping is available to all US states.
