Learn to Crochet a Granny Square Workshops

You want to learn to crochet granny squares? We LOVE a granny squares and we can't wait to share them with you.

This workshop is perfect for people who have completed our Learn to Crochet crochet workshop and want to learn some new techniques. It would also be great for those who have not crocheted for a long time or lost their confidence and want a fun and relaxed space to remind themselves of the basics. Chloe is our resident crochet guru who is a prolific crocheter who writes her own patterns. She is delightful, filled to the brim with crochet enthusiasm and knowledge and also had endless patience. Perfect yes?

During this 2 session course you will learn the basics of crocheting the classic granny square and the more modern sunburst granny square whilst also learning about finishing, blocking and sewing/crochet your squares together.

You don't need to bring anything with you, all materials are provided. 

-Your own high quality Etimo crochet hook and 2 balls of Lamana Como extrafine merino worth £23 if purchase separately.

- A crochet pattern for a classic granny square and a sunburst granny square.

- Darning needles, scissors and tape measures for use in class

The workshop takes place upstairs in the store which is accessed via a spiral staircase.

We need a minimum of 2 bookings for this class to go ahead, If we do not reach this minimum 4 days before the workshop you will be offered a new date or a refund.

Due to the small number of spaces please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer make the workshop as a refund can only be given if we are able to fill your space.
