Laine Collection

Founded in Helsinki in 2016, Finnish publishing house Laine has shaped the aesthetic of modern knitting media. Its flagship magazine pairs seasonal pattern collections with essays, interviews and photography rooted in Nordic craft culture. The shop carries current and back issues, as well as the 52 Weeks book series, which devotes entire volumes to socks, shawls, sweaters, and scrap-yarn projects. Standalone titles range from embroidery on knits to a collection of knitwear designs inspired by the Moomins, and a crochet magazine has joined the line in recent years.
