The ”ArchipelagoKnitting” knittingmagazine is a very special issue for knitting enthusiasts including 20 new patterns inspired by Finnish Archipelago. In ArchipelagoKnitting, the patterns are shaped by the sea and the stark, untamed landscapes of the Finnish archipelago. ArchipelagoKnittingis published by A-lehdet.  

The designs in ArchipelagoKnitting are created by both Finnish and international knitwear designers. Anna Johanna, Anna Tanskanen, Jenny Williams, Jona Bednjanec, Ulrika Krantz, Sara R., Emma Suominen, Hannemari Lehtonen, Heli Hottinen-Puukko, Janita Koskinen, Anna-Karoliina Tetri, Veera Jussila and Meg Gadsbey each bring their own interpretation of Finnish archipelago nature to the garment silhouettes, colourwork motifs, and textured stitch patterns.
