Tides | Holst

Holst Garn Tides blends the softness of virgin wool with the elegance and drape of silk. It is a high-quality yarn suitable to make any kind of project, whether knitting or crocheting. It has a tweed effect, with small dots of silk which create little highlights on the pure wool. 

Holst Garn Tides is a 2-ply yarn created with a mix of 70% Pure New Wool and 30% Silk. 

Tides is available in 50 g cake balls.

Approximately 287 meters/314 yards per 50 gram

Knit with one thread on 3-3.5 mm/US 2.5-4 needles (Approx. 25 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches)9

Knit with two threads on  4-4.5mm/US 6-7 needles (Approx. 16 stitches = 10 cm/4 inches).

Note: Holst Garn Tides contains a bit of spinning oil and excess dye. The oil and excess dye will disappear at the first wash - and the yarn will bloom and become soft.
