The Corriedale breed developed from crossing fine-wool Merinos with longwool Lincoln sheep, a combination that created soft-to-the-touch wool with a long staple length. Stone Wool Corriedale is spun from carefully sourced Corriedale fleeces, and strikes the perfect balance of hard-wearing and supple. This yarn is perfect for socks and other projects such as hats and jumpers and offers great stitch definition. It works as a wonderful option for colour work too.

Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry
Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry. If using more than one colour in your garment it is recommended that you block a swatch to check for colour bleeding when using high contrasting colours. Also due to the individual nature of hand-dyed yarn, I would always recommend alternating skeins.
