A cheerful polka dot hot water bottle cover in two-colour stranded colourwork, knitted bottom up in the round with a ribbed neck. Pick a main colour and a contrast colour from the Wooltrace DK Makers Palette Minis. If you would like multiple colours for your dots as in our sample, please add extra mini balls here after choosing your kit.

This kit includes the pattern sent to you from Ravelry, the Wooltrace DK Minis for your chosen size, and a hot water bottle (hot water bottle colours are white, blue or red and will be picked at random. Unfortunately, we cannot take colour requests for the hot water bottle).

Mini: 2 balls of the main colours, 1 ball of the contrast colour, a Mini hot water bottle and a PDF of the pattern sent from Ravelry

Standard: 3 balls of the main colour, 2 balls of the contrast colour, a Standard hot water bottle and a PDF copy of the pattern sent via Ravelry.

You are purchasing a digital knitting pattern, yarn and a hot water bottle, not the finished cover.

Sizes: Mini and Standard. Width approx. 13 cm / 5 in (20 cm / 8 in). Length approx. 22 cm / 8.5 in (35 cm / 14 in) including the folded neck.

Tension: 23 sts and 27 rounds to 10 cm / 4 in over stocking stitch colourwork in the round, blocked.

Needles: 4 mm / US 6 circular needles, 60 cm / 23 in, or 100 cm / 40 in for magic loop.

Wooltrace DK is spun and dyed by Laxtons from 100% British Romney, with fair pay for farmers and high welfare for flocks. The Makers Palette Minis are 25 g skeins, ideal for small colourwork projects like this one.
