Overview

Ainsworth & Prin have teamed up again with Nicola Furey of Tea Cake+Make, who has designed the perfect pair of socks for a cosy winter’s knitting. Each box includes the printed pattern for the Frosty Night socks; 100g of A&P Classic Sock wool in three colours; a hand-sewn, denim crafter’s notions pouch to keep everything organised; a snowflake stitch marker and a sachet of Yorkshire Tea.

Washing – Hand wash or machine washable on a gentle, wool cycle.

About Ainsworth & Prin

Ainsworth & Prin yarn is hand dyed in small batches.  They try to achieve consistent colours but each skein is unique so when using more than one skein of a colour in a project they really recommend alternating skeins every couple of rows.

The Knitting Shed is run by sisters Louise and Nicola, based in West Sussex at the edge of the South Downs. Brought up in a family of makers, they design hand dyed yarns and knitting patterns inspired by the local landscape around their period cottages.

About Tea Cake + Make

Nicola loves traditional needle crafts that have a modern twist through colour, pattern and stitch. With a degree in Knitwear from the University of Brighton and working within the fashion buying industry for more than 10 years she now has an Etsy shop, teaches craft workshops, designs her own patterns and yarn shops whenever she can!
