Their Merino wool provides excellent comfort and functionality, making it perfect for those who love long walks, winter hikes and camping under night skies. The wool’s natural fibres will keep you cosy in chilly weather while allowing your body to release heat in warmer temperatures. And don’t worry, their Merino wool comes from sheep where mulesing isn’t practised, so you can craft ethical, sustainable knitwear when using our yarn. Used on it own proves a smooth, soft fine fabric at 28 stitches per 10cm. When held double, or with Knitting For Olive Silk Mohair, it knits up at 20-22 stitches on a 4mm needle, providing a gorgeous dk weight fabric.

Care instructions: Best to hand-wash with a no-rinse detergent, then shape the fabric on a flat surface (e.g., a towel) and lay flat to dry.
